• We accept multiple payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and COD (Cash on Delivery).

• Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

• Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

• Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement if not yet shipped. After shipping, cancellation is not possible.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India, with delivery timelines mentioned on our Shipping Policy page.

• Delays may occur due to unforeseen events. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted under the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

• Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
