1. Eligibility for Returns
At Shreevedapam, your satisfaction is our priority. You can request a return if:
The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Used, washed, or altered items
Items returned without original packaging
Products purchased under clearance sales, discounts, or offers
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at contact@shreevedapam.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order ID, the reason for return, and clear images of the product.
Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup (if serviceable).
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may ship the product to us. Return shipping details will be provided.
4. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate a refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
5. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to get a different product, please return the original item (as per return policy) and place a new order.
6. Cancellation Before Shipping
You may cancel your order within 6 hours if it has not yet been shipped.
After dispatch, cancellations are not allowed, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
