1. Eligibility for Returns

At Shreevedapam, your satisfaction is our priority. You can request a return if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used, washed, or altered items

• Items returned without original packaging

• Products purchased under clearance sales, discounts, or offers

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at contact@shreevedapam.com within 7 days of delivery.

2. Include your order ID, the reason for return, and clear images of the product.

3. Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup (if serviceable).

4. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may ship the product to us. Return shipping details will be provided.

4. Refund Process

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate a refund within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds are made to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

5. Exchange Policy

• We do not offer direct exchanges.

• If you wish to get a different product, please return the original item (as per return policy) and place a new order.

6. Cancellation Before Shipping

• You may cancel your order within 6 hours if it has not yet been shipped.

• After dispatch, cancellations are not allowed, but you may initiate a return after delivery.
